Use ToadTime™ online invoicing to easily track and generate service invoicing. Scroll through your list of clients to view past service invoices or create a new one. You can also track paid invoices here, by simply indicating that a given task or invoice was previously paid. ToadTime™ online invoicing provides total visibility to all project tasks and invoices, helping to eliminate any accounting errors or confusion.
To generate a new online invoice, simply select the appropriate client and view the list of all services provided to that client in a given month. ToadTime™ online invoicing provides detailed information about the number of hours spent on each client, organized by task, date and employee.
Once you select the appropriate tasks to invoice, you can choose hourly invoicing or project invoicing depending on the type of fee arrangement you have with your clients.
ToadTime™ online invoicing will then generate an online invoice in PDF form and email it to your client for payment. You will be able to go back into this client invoice file later to verify that the invoice was sent, or to mark is as paid when payment is received.
