One of the most important parts of any time tracking software is how well the software addresses your privacy and security concerns. At ToadTime™ security is our highest priority. We have implemented the following industry-proven safeguards:

• SSL — Unlike some services that offer a secure URL at an additional fee, all sensitive interactions with the ToadTime™ server are run over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections, which means they are encrypted and secured.
• Firewall — Our server is protected by a secure firewall system.
• Encrypted Passwords — All user passwords that are stored in our database are stored using encryption.
• 24/7 System Integrity Checks — Our servers are monitored both by software and actual technicians 24 hours a day to ensure connectivity and system integrity.
• Session expiration — All of our web sessions expire after a set period of time, and require user re-verification upon expiration.
• User verification — All of our users are verified by access to a credit card in their name. This ensures that anybody subscribing to the system is a real person with a credit history.
• Limited Access — We strictly limit access to personally-identifiable information to those employees who need access in order to carry out their job responsibilities, and we train our employees in the application of our need-to-know standard.
• Regular Reviews — We conduct regular daily reviews of the system.
